Non Infringement Statement

Century AM Labels have been researched and developed by Century without referring to any other patented materials, or patents belonging to any third party, below we state that our AM labels do not infringe any patented products in the Market.

1.       The material used in the Century AM Label is a conventional one, it is not one of the materials used exclusively by any patented products in the market. The material that the Century AM Label uses is different from the one that is used by the Sensormatic DR Label. Century’s AM Label does not contain ‘Cobalt’ as Sensormatic DR Labels have. As for the magnet, Century’s AM Label uses a soft magnet, while Sensormatic uses semi-hard magnet.
2.       Design and manufacturing process of AM Labels is on Century’s own research and development independently. The method to deactivate is different. Sensormatic changes the magnet over 100Hz/Oe to deactivate, while Century’s erases the magnet totally as this is an advantage for efficient deactivation.

It is hereby stated that if a court imposes a sentence about issue or action against infringement upon Intellectual Property Right, or when Century is informed about any issue or action, Century has the right to adopt measures to avoid infringement and refuting the claim, responsibility or compensation of any form.
